The 103 lb. 9.9 HP Mercury Outboard Motor model 9.9ELH-CT is equipped with a 20 inch long shaft and electric start, Mercury’s multi-function tiller handle, auto ratchet manual tilt, and fuel efficient operation with the reliability that Mercury is known for.
